7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and must adhere to passenger and weight limits. Operating outside the designated geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
